How to Book

1. Create an Account

Click the button below to create a new client account.  Please make sure you fill out pet details and download the *Time to Pet* app!

2. Send us a Message

You can message us in many ways.  You can message us directly through your new client portal (we recommend that you have the Time To Pet app downloaded for easier messaging) or visit the Contact link at the top of this page for our email and phone number.  Texting is okay! We will respond as soon as possible, as we are often out on other bookings devoting our attention to those pets at the moment.

3. Include Availability Requests in your Message

Please let us know  what dates and times you're in need of services and what kind of service you're interested in (dog walking, drop in visits, or extended pet sitting)! If using, Time to Pet, you'll be able to request dates there as well.

4. Get Scheduled

If we have the availability for your requested times, we will confirm the booking and you'll receive an email stating such.  

If we are unavailable during the times you requested we will reach out to discuss and try to find a time to fit your services in!

Sometimes we need a little extra time to confirm availability and that is hard to do on the go so we ask that you be patient!

5. Meet & Greet (*optional, but preferred)

We offer free meet & greets with you and your pet(s).  These are optional but highly encouraged.  We want to make sure you have a chance to get all of your questions answered in person and we love the opportunity to meet your pets in their own environment so we can observe all the personality traits and quirks that make them who they are!


If your booking is over 1 month after our initial meet & greet, we may ask to stop by closer to your date of service so your pet can familiarize themselves with us again (as well as arrange for a key pick up).

6. Payments

After our (optional) meet & greet, if you choose to book, we'll get your invoice sent right over!  We accept many forms of payment and all payments are due in full before or on the first date of your scheduled service.


You can pay directly through the app or online via credit or debit (this is best for setting up recurring bookings or auto-pay).

We also offer Apple Pay (via text), Venmo, and Zelle payment options.

We do accept checks, however a $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.


Payments made outside of your client portal will be manually updated on your invoice.
