Beth is currently enrolled in the Catch Canine Trainers Academy working to become a Certified Dog Trainer and Behaviorist. This is a rigorous 12-18 month program with mentor work and shelter volunteer experience. It is Beth's primary focus second only to the work she is currently doing with Lake Tapps Pet Care.
These valuable skills not only help in our every day work with your pets but will be offered as additional services in the future when Beth graduates from the program.
Beth is now certified as a Grief Coach for Pet Loss/Bereavement* should you ever need added support after the loss of one of your pets. You will be provided with resources for processing and understanding your grief in a safe space without judgment while we discuss all facets of the life you shared with your beloved pet while providing emotional support and coping techniques.
Your pets are like family to us too!
*A Grief Coach does not take the place of a licensed mental health professional.
Beth is currently enrolled in the Karen Pryor Academy for a Cat (clicker) Training course. This course is most specifically designed to train cats basic commands similar to a dog and more of a "just for fun" skill.
Want your kitty to sit, jump through a hoop, or just basic knowledge of how to train your cat to stay off the counters? This is why Beth is taking an additional course for cats!
We are currently taking a pause on all new client requests and walking/petsitting services due to both demand and limited summer availability for all currently booked gigs.
As Beth continues to pursue her Dog Training and Behaviorist certification, please accept our humble apologies for the lack of availability, We appreciate every single one of you!
